Flow Commerce Return and Refund Policy

At Flow Commerce, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at flow.commerce24@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Refunds will be issued in INR. If payment was made in a different currency, your bank may apply conversion rates and additional charges.
  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer. Customers will be contacted to provide account details.
  • We do not charge restocking fees.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at flow.commerce24@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, depending on availability.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons:
    • Opened or used electronics.
    • Items damaged due to misuse.
    • Perishable goods, personalized items, and digital products.
  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
